Option 1: Chocolate Bar Sales

Island View kids LOVE to sell chocolate bars, and the fall soccer games and Oyster Run are prime selling times! Let's kick off our school year with a spectacular fall fundraiser!

It's so easy - almost everyone says "Yes!" to a $1 chocolate bar!

How does it work?

Parents/Guardians must fill out and submit this form to Island View PTA for your child to participate. Chocolate boxes will go home with students from September 19th through October, 4th. Sell as many candy bars as you can before October 6th which is the last day to turn in money.

The PTA Office will be collecting money and issuing more boxes of chocolate, Monday - Friday, 8:35-9:05, no money goes to teachers, only to PTA. There is also a dropbox in the IVE Main Office for chocolate money envelopes.

If you don't think you will sell all of your chocolates, please contact the PTA or email chocolates@islandviewpta.org and turn in the remaining chocolates.

Parents/Students will be held responsible for the retail value of any Lost, Damaged, Stolen Chocolate or Money.

Therefore:

  • Do not leave money/chocolate in desks, cubbies, under chairs, at home where little brothers/sisters/pets can get into it, or anywhere unsupervised.
  • Do not eat any chocolate unless it is paid for first.
  • Do not give chocolate to ANYONE unless they pay for it FIRST, including family and friends.
  • DO NOT store chocolate in freezer, refrigerator or car!
  • When selling chocolate, always do so with a parent/trusted adult present.

Option 2: Chocolate Donation Buy Out

We know that in many cases parents end up working hard to sell the bars for their children. Many of us do not have the time or interest in adding this to our busy schedules.

Each $60 donation will be counted as 1 box for participation in their classroom to help win a game of Gaga Ball with Mr. Hanrahan and other prizes.

Please note that this site is secure and we do not store any of your credit card information.
